Recent Four Seasons Houston Review: "The Four Season Houston Hotel was extraordinary from the time we checked-in until the time we checked-out. The front desk personnel was very accommodating and offered us the option for late check-out. When we arrived in our room, there was soft music playing, the drapes were drawn to let in just enough light, while maintaining the perfect temperature in the room. The ice bucket was filled with ice, the bedding was crisp white linen. The hotel has a salt water swimming pool with a side bar, spa service and an exercise room. All of the staff constantly greeted us by our name. After waking and touring the city for the day, upon our return, everything was exactly the same way as it was upon our arrival; Soft music playing upon entering the room, linen crisp and white, drapes drawn, you get the picture. When I say crisp whit linen, the duvet was changed daily. This hotel provided excellent service and I applaud their staff. The Four Seasons Houston deserves its five star rating."
