| The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and comfortable and it was an easy car ride (provided by the hotel) to the ballpark. |

| There was a valet that was extremely rude when I arrived at the Four Seasons in Houston. When I asked him to give me his name he said his name was "Paul" and laughed. From that point, it was hard to enjoy my time at the hotel. |

| Great stay. Keep in mind the cheap rooms have
two single beds or what they call twins. They
are only for one person per bed so if you with a date
It's real weird!!! Lol |

| Excellent!!! Everything perfect. Would have preferred free standing showers with tile...was a shower inside a tub. But glass enclosure rather than the dreaded shower curtain. Walls were kinda thin as other guest mentioned on earlier review. But the bed was the best sleep ever. Friendly staff and superb service! |

| I enjoyed the Four Seasons as I have their other properties but this hotel seemed to have very thin walls/doors. I could hear virtually everything going on in the hallway and the adjoining rooms. Very difficult to sleep. Still, the service is great. For downtown Houston it served its purposes. |

| My wife and I have stayed here twice for a luxury weekend break, once when attending a concert at the Toyota Center, and once when breaking a journey at IAH airport. On both occasions, everything was exemplary. She is a huge fan of their spa. |
