Once you can find it - signage is poor, even the staff said the directed way is not the best way to go, what sense that makes is beyoind me - the Hotel itself is gorgeous. Beautiful lobby and rooms, great pool, and the gym over looks it all from a raised position.

Close to everything in the loop and a beautiful settting in an urban area...gotta love the black swans! I highly recommend this hotel. In today's business environment, i would like to see complimentary wi-fi for guests to be able to roam the grounds and conduct business, but this was not available. I would also like to see the beds upgraded, they were  a little on the soft side for my taste.

The hotel room was nice. The location is nit tge eadiest to find because it is tucked in a corner. I did not like that there was no microwave in the room; but room service offered to warm my food for me. Overall I would return.

Only issue was parking. I felt like I had to park in a back 40 and enter through to back of the hotel. The price of valet parking too much. To self park, had to park and put on hiking boots. Beautiful hotel!! Will definitely come back.

The hotel is remodeled, but someone forgot to remodel the bathrooms and the AC. The Hotel itself was nice, but very crowded at all times and the crowds and lack of close parking plus difficulty getting into the builing with your own belongings gives you no choice but to use valet and a bellhop. The bedding was good, and the bathroom spacious, but you  have to lean OVER a bidet to get to the bath faucet, gross! The room AC did not work, even on 62 at night. Also, I did have a little trouble finding the entranc, it is a little hidden even though it's signed well. For the price and all the 'extras' it's not worth the money.

Had to make an emergency visit to Houston to take our very ill family canine companion to the Gulf Coast Animal Hospital. It was three very long days, but our stay at the Omni made it as relaxing as it possibly could be with a super comfortable room (very dog friendly). Not to mention a great staff! We absolutely loved our accommodations! Sophie gives  the Omni a 5-tail wag.

The hotel was very nice and offered all the amenities! Just make sure you want to pay $26 for valet parking. They offer free parking in a parking garage away from the hotel. Also the wifi is not free unless you sign up with their club. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you are not on a budget!

this hotel is unbelievable in the service it provides. the only areas that we found in need of attention is the bar, where service is either not provided or sporadic. two nights out of three, we had to find the bartender, go to the bar to order and pick up our drinks and then go to the bar to pay our bill. for this hotel, that is not acceptable. also  charging $ 24 for valet parking is not reasonable. but the bellman, concierge, front counter, and restaurant staff were all excellent. honorary mentions to hector and the concierge (jose or juan), can't remeber the exact name. the car service they provide is such a great idea. we used it to go to dinner and it made life so easy. it is not a cheap hotel, but it was worth every penny.
